Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY
-All appointments must be secured with a $25 deposit fee that goes towards your total. This Fee is non refundable.
-If you do wish to cancel your appointment for any reason you must do so atleast 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, this does not include the deposit fee.
-If cancellation must occur after 24 hours a refund will not be given. If contacted it can be turned into credit and you may use that credit towards rescheduling any service available.
LATE POLICY
-There is a late penalty for all clients, we allow 10 minutes late with no additional charge.
-If you are 10+ minutes with no word you will be charged $1/minute for up to being 20 minutes late
[ a $10 late fee total if 20 minutes late]
-After 20 minutes with no word your appointment will be canceled with an additional charge of a $10 late fee on top of your full appointment cost.
-For being 10-20 minutes late you will still be charged per minute late as it affects the remaining appointment timing and services of the day.
EXCEPTIONS ON THESE POLICIES
-The late fee & cancellation charge can only be avoided through pre appointment communication to your therapist and communication about being late before the 10 minute mark. This is a decision made by your selected therapist but this does not guaranteed an exception from these policies.
SAFETY AND COMFOTABILITY POLICY
Comfort & safety for all clientele & staff is important to us so we ask you to please follow the following safety & comfort rules.
_ Stay clothed until the therapist has fully left the space & closed the door/curtain
_ NO inappropriate comments about the services we provide, doing so may lead to us asking for you to leave & if extreme you may end up on our black list=No more booking access
_ Please disclose as much information as possible related to your service to your provider to ensure the safest & best suited products & services are used. This is a safe space & we are required to give HIPAA level confidentiality as any medical professional so please don't be afraid or embarrassed.
_ We DO NOT go under clothing so if you wish to have a area massaged or attend to outside of chair massage, please remove the clothing covering that area.
___Ex: If you wish to have back & glutes we ask you remove your shirt,bra (if applicable), and pants but your underwear is optional. We suggest wearing underwear that exposes the cheeks and thighs or can easily be pulled up if you feel more comfortable with keeping your underwear on.
_ If you do not wish to remove your clothing over that area please be advised that your therapist will either have very minimal work on that area( tapotement,compression, stretching and ROM with no stroke work involved) or that area may be skipped entirerly.
